If you are experiencing problems registering your account, have entered incorrect information while registering, or are being brought to the ThunderHawk Account Information Problems screen, you can reset the registration process by removing the “thconfig.txt” file from your device.

To remove your thconfig.txt file:

  1. On your Pocket PC, tap Start and Programs.
  2. Select File Explorer.
  3. In File Explorer, go to \My Device\Program Files\ThunderHawkII.
  4. Tap and hold the thconfig.txt file until you get a pop-up menu.
  5. Choose Delete.

Launch ThunderHawk II again. The registration screen should be displayed for account entry.

If you continue to have a difficulty, fill out a ThunderHawk Technical Support Request Form with your e-mail address and username and ThunderHawk Support will contact you. Please send the full context of any error message displayed along with the text in the thconfig.txt file on your device.
