How do I cancel my ThunderHawk subscription?

ThunderHawk is available as an annual or monthly subscription.

To cancel your monthly subscription:

  • Go to the ThunderHawk Account page
  • Under Subscriptions select Details (next to Your most recent Subscription).
  • Choose the option to cancel your subscription. Your account will be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Click Details again to refresh the page, and confirm that your subscription has been cancelled.

Because of the monthly subscription option, we do not offer a refund on yearly subscriptions. If you have a yearly subscription your account will automatically expire at the end of the subscription period.

How do I remove ThunderHawk from my device?

To remove ThunderHawk from your Pocket PC:

  1. Tap Start.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Tap System.
  4. Tap Remove Programs.
  5. Select Bitstream ThunderHawk.
  6. Tap Remove.
  7. Follow the prompts.

Also, on your Pocket PC, delete any /thunderhawkII folders and clear the Temp folder.
